JOB PURPOSE
As a Consultant – Recruitment at LEORON’s Train to Hire Service, you will be integral in executing recruitment strategies that align with client goals and help them achieve their hiring targets. This role demands a proactive approach to identify, attract, and onboard talent across various sectors, ensuring a seamless fit to the company’s and clients' cultural and operational frameworks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience with both in-house and agency recruitment practices is advantageous.
MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support senior recruitment staff by sourcing and screening candidates.
- Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and participate in job fairs.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment quotas and timelines.
- Utilize recruitment software effectively to track applicants and report on recruitment metrics.
