TAV Macedonia, Skopje International Airport, as a member of Groupe ADP at the moment is searching for innovative and proactive individuals for the positions:

 

SOFT SKILLS TRAINER

 

General responsibilities:

  • Identifies learning needs and gaps through a needs assessment/analysis process
  • Using creative/innovation and imagination to write, design and develop new content using multiple training methodologies
  • Ensures that content developed supports the success of employees and business success
  • Manages ongoing updates of training courses to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
  • Develops job aids that support the transfer of skills and knowledge and development of employees
  • Offers recommendations on new and innovative learning opportunities for a variety of employees of all levels
  • Evaluates training courses for effectiveness and make appropriate changes and additions
  • Develops partnership with field and company partners, including those responsible for training, GM, managers and supervisors to better understand training & development needs
  • Determines training priorities based on business needs
  • Responsible to perform the job in compliance with quality, environmental and customer satisfaction management systems

 

Requirements/ soft skills needed:

  • University degree
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the field
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong computer, technology and software skills (ability to learn new software quickly).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills (ability to express ideas verbally and in writing to establish and maintain effective working relationships)
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Strong team focus
  • Ability to prepare training materials and manage and coordinate comprehensive training programs.

 

PAYROLL SPECIALIST

 

General responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the development of compensation and benefits policies and procedures policies which are in accordance with the company strategy, under the supervision and direction of the HR Manager
  • Administers and performs the payroll process, ensuring all related procedures meet pre-defined standards of quality and service to the employees.
  • Improves the efficiency of payroll procedures, taking advantage of new technological developments aiming at cost reduction.
  • Assists in the analysis of benefit programs; analyzes demographic and cost impact of benefit plan designs; analyzes benefit trends which include utilization, coverage, and comparison with national trends;
  • Carry out day to day matters and deals with routine queries from employees in relation to payroll procedures (overtime calculations, shifts payments, weekend works, sick leaves, credits and individual time records);
  • Prepares and executes, daily, weekly and monthly reports  in relation to the salary
  • Sent monthly reports to other departments as well as to the relevant Public Institutions
  • Performs employees’ related administrative activities regarding work confirmation for employees, security badge memos, etc.
  • Runs and is responsible for Vacations and free days policy
  • Provides support within the Department
  • Responsible to perform the job in compliance with quality, environmental and customer satisfaction management systems

 

Requirements/ soft skills needed:

  • University Degree in the field of Economics
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the field
  • Fluent English
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of financial performance
  • Knowledge of payroll software
  • Knowledge of country’s payroll bylaws
  • Knowledge of the Labor Law and Regulations
  • Detail Oriented
  • Data Analytical Skills
  • Teamwork Oriented
