The HeadHunter Group for the needs of a client, an established company for products in the construction industry, requires:
SALES TECHNICIANS– SKOPJE
Job Description and primary responsibilities
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, communicate with existing and potential customers
• Active seeking of new clients who shall be redirected to distributers (visit construction site and application teams)
• Planning and organizing sales activities
• Monitoring sales and undertaking activities to increase sales
• Market development and promotion of sales according to market opportunities.
• monitoring activities by the competition,
• Regular reporting to base on the conditions in the market, new products, new application methods of existing products.
Qualifications:
• High School or University Degree
• Previous work experience at the position Sales Representative
• Preferred experience in construction materials (facade systems, mortaring, painting, waterproofing)
• Advanced computer use
• Knowledge of English and Serbian Language
• Driving license B category
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Responsible, motivated and stable person
• Dynamic, initiative and results-oriented
• Customer orientation
• Ability for individual and team work
• Flexibility for field work
• Self-initiative
REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Competitive.
