Our company is searching for a well-organized, reliable, communicative and task-oriented Office Manager. The Office Manager should provide administrative support to all sectors in order to carry out all activities efficiently and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, detail oriented, trustworthy professional, and capable of managing the work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Key job Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the flow of communication, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
  • Organize and supervise the operations in the office by planning and implementing office systems
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
  • Keep records of the management meetings
  • Record office expenditure and manage the budget
  • Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Develop and sustain a high level of professionalism among staff and clientele



  • University degree
  • Min 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Professional level verbal and written communication skills (English, Macedonian and Albanian would be considered as advantageous)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
  • A problem-solving approach to work
