Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a multi-skilled, great communicator, strong leader who manages delivery of project frameworks with ease. A Delivery Manager, in ScaleFocus will support the growth of the practice and be responsible for managing interesting and challenging projects from our portfolio.

What your responsibilities are going to be?

  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing the delivery within the business context.
  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
  • Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
  • Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company’s services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
  • Define requirements for internal and external service providers

What qualifications are needed?

  • 5+ years of experience building software solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of modern software development paradigms, design patterns, best practices and conventions
  • Technical Experience building cloud solutions is an advantage
  • Technical Experience with relational and non-relation databases is an advantage
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
  • Good resource planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to excellent project delivery
  • Readiness to improve performance through optimized practices and processes
  • Ability and flexibility to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven abilities to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines & willingness to go the extra mile

What would be considered as an advantage?

  • Previous experience in IT industry
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecyle
  • Strong knowledge of Presales tools and techniques
  • Diversified experience in large multinational organizations
