Lead Generation Manager - Personal Assistant to the CEO - IT Manager

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO who is versatile and highly organized to perform personalized administrative duties. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence. You will also be required to travel, make travel arrangements and assist with other duties. This role involves both administrative tasks and personal support to ensure the CEO can focus on driving the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform secretarial and administrative duties. 
  • Type, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations. 
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, email, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Enter data, maintain databases, and keep records. 
  • Running personal errands.
  • Prepare communications on behalf of the CEO. 
  • Schedule appointments, maintain an events calendar, and send reminders.
  • Take notes and write minutes during meetings.
  • Conduct or prepare any research that the CEO may require.
  • Various ad hoc requests. 

Requirements:

  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Adaptable personality.
  • Able to work at least 75 days per year in Thessaloniki, Greece.
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant would be considered an advantage.  
  • Advanced typing, note-taking and recordkeeping skills.
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence. 
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook. 
  • Professional discretion and efficiency.
  • Driving license (B category).
  • Well-developed time management skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Able to work from 10.00 to 18.00, but also be flexible when needed.
