Job role

As a member of  Nedcann team Head of Hygiene Team, will play a crucial role in maintaining a sterile and safe environment within our clean room. Our state-of-the-art clean room facilities adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards. We are committed to excellence and are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our hygiene team.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for thought leaders with a consultative approach to set the standard and improve continuously.

Job Responsibilities

• Leadership- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the hygiene team, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Clean Room Management - Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the clean room, including routine cleaning, disinfection, and waste management.
• Hygiene Protocols - Develop and implement  SOPs, hygiene protocols, ensuring adherence to best practices for contamination control.
• Training and Education-Train and educate team members on proper hygiene procedures, gowning, and aseptic techniques.
• Quality Assurance -Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and product integrity.
• Documentation - Maintain accurate records related to hygiene practices, cleaning schedules, and equipment maintenance.
• Continuous Improvement - Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance hygiene processes.

Requirements :

• Strong Leadership Skills- Ability to motivate and guide a team toward excellence.
• Attention to Detail -A keen eye for cleanliness and adherence to protocols.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards is considered a plus
• Excellent Communication Skills -Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
