Title: System Architect

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement complex computer systems that meet the needs of the clients
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to determine requirements and create a plan for the system architecture
• Create technical documentation for the system architecture and ensure it is up-to-date
• Monitor and maintain the system, ensuring it is operating effectively and efficiently
• Research and evaluate new technologies and stay updated with the latest industry trends to align technology solutions with business requirements
• Prepare reports for the management

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in system architecture design and implementation
• Knowledge of networking and systems associated technology, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Layer 3 routing technologies, Wi-Fi, Domain Name System and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, among others
• Knows how to manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to be in line with company guidelines
• Deep understanding of the process of configuring, managing and maintaining network security devices (FW, NAC, WAF, NSM)
• Excellent knowledge of the licensing models for OS/Hypervisor/DB solutions from vendors like Microsoft, VMWare, Nutanix, Oracle
• Solid experience with configuration of enterprise products (servers, storage, network equipment) from vendors like Dell, IBM, HPE, Lenovo in their respective sizing tools
• Experience with Cisco IOS XE / Dell EMC SmartFabric OS10 / HPE ArubaOS / Fortinet / Checkpoint / Cisco FTD / ISE / Cisco Stealthwatch will be considered an advantage
• Strong understanding of IT system components, architectures, and protocols, in addition to excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
