Job Description: As a Recruiter at TAG Trans, you will play a crucial role in expanding our team of professional drivers. Your primary responsibility will be to attract, screen, and onboard new truck drivers who are the right fit for our company. You will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport will help you effectively communicate the benefits of joining our team and ensure a positive candidate experience.


  • Collaborate with the management team to understand driver requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to attract potential candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and experience.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, attitude, and suitability for the position.
  • Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions and extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Conduct background checks and verify employment references to ensure the integrity of the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and update the applicant tracking system accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually improve the effectiveness of the hiring process.
