APS (Agile Pro Solution) headquartered in the USA with a local office in Skopje is looking for an Inside Sales Manager. Here at APS, we believe that once you have the right skills and motivation to be successful you will be a great fit for the team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for Inside Sales Manager to build, from the ground up, the processes for a dynamic inside sales team! You must be passionate about drumming up a new business and training your team on how to do the same! The ideal candidate must be an expert in selling services, come from an IT or computer hardware background and have proven experience in consultative selling and leading a team! A high drive for results and demonstrated sales experience that produced results is mandatory. The working hours for this position are from 3 pm to 11 pm Mon-Fri.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build, document and launch the sales process.
  • Hire, train and maintain a team of global Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Create and train team on sales scripts.
  • Build a LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Report sales metrics.
  • Develop sales talent by creating team-wide and individualized coaching plans.
  • Maintain sales dynamics, leading by example with a positive, open, and ambitious culture.

Most important experience and qualities we need in an Inside Sales Manager:

  • At least 3+ years of proven success as an Inside Sales Representative and at least 2 years of Sales Manager experience, preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven success selling services.
  • Experience using scorecards and scoreboards to track and report on metrics/success.
  • Expert in various sales software platforms and selling techniques, Challenger preferred.
  • Demonstrated quick learner, self-starter, self-motivated, organized, multi-tasker.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Past responsibility for creating an LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Expertise in project management tools.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive sales approach to build and develop a successful Inside Sales team from scratch.
  • Ability to balance leadership and sales responsibilities while supporting our purpose-driven business, to scale.
  • Experience coaching and developing repeatable sales processes.
  • Strong people management experience in leading, building, and scaling Inside Sales teams.
  • The ability to put in place goals, sales training programs, and individual growth plans.
  • Strong communication skills.
