Allocate Software is a leading international provider of workforce management software. Our application suite helps thousands of hospitals and healthcare organisations manage and optimise teams of nurses and doctors to improve patient care. We are a global company with 600 employees and offices in the UK, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, USA and Australia.

We are a fast growing technology company and are establishing a new software development centre in Skopje.

 

Producing software products to a high level of quality is crucial to our success as a company, particularly as our products are used by healthcare organisations. The company has decided to invest significantly in an exciting new Continuous Delivery initiative to improve quality and speed to market of our products.

 

Role Summary:

 

We are looking for a data administrator to own, update and ensure our data is accurate. Data quality is vital to ensure our customers gain the best experience of our communications and that we learn as much as possible from their interaction, allowing the Marketing department to consistently improve our service. The successful candidate will take ownership of data quality across all contact and marketing data sets.

 

You will be happy planning data quality exercises, monitoring and reporting data quality as well as actually updating data in our systems. You will be organised with a desire to identify both problems and solutions. You will understanding the meaning of the data and the impact they will have on the marketing processes and reporting that we run. You will be a keen team player who is happy to work alongside our marketing, sales, customer success and support teams.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Data cleansing – cross referencing data sources and updating CRM and marketing systems to ensure all data is accurate
  • Data collection – work alongside members of the Operations, Campaigns and Digital teams to ensure the flow of data within Global Marketing conforms to set criteria and standards
  • Process review – working with members of the Marketing Operations team, identify existing and new processes where data input and use is involved, developing the appropriate process steps
  • Data reporting and analysis – develop appropriate reports to be used across the wider Marketing organisation and broader Allocate business based on entries within the marketing systems
  • Data Custodian – act as the overall custodian of Global Marketing’s data, ensuring good data hygiene practices are in place with colleagues understanding the importance of highly accurate marketing data. Ensuring internal data practices are adhered to.

 

Capabilities and Requirements:

 

  • Have an interest in Marketing — especially the data side to marketing
  • Experience of Salesforce
  • Experience of Marketo, other marketing automation solutions or enterprise resource planning systems desirable
  • Possess a detail orientation
  • Be interested in data, information and analytics
  • Has a ‘critical eye’ is able to spot errors in data to ensure it remains clean
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Is Planful — can work to schedules and deadlines well and manage multiple prioritises
