APS (Agile Pro Solution) headquartered in the USA with a local office in Skopje is looking for an IT Administrator. Here at APS, we believe that once you have the right skills and motivation to be successful you will be a great fit for the team. 

 

Job Summary:

 

Provide technical assistance to all computer system users. Resolve computer problems and provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software. The working hours for this position are from 2 pm till 10 pm.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software.
• Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
• Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service.
• Modify and customize commercial programs for internal needs.
• Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
• Set up the IT infrastructure of the company.

 

Minimum requirements:

 

• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with computer systems of at least 3 years, ideally gained in an international services provider company.
• Ability to deal with hardware and software issues related to IT support.
• Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Energetic person with a high sense of accountability, able to work without direct supervision under challenging circumstances.
