Your Skills and Expertise

  • 5+years of Proven working experience as HR Manager or another HR Executive in the technology challenging environment / IT Company
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or closely related fields are required
  • Demonstrable experience with a variety of HR functions, metrics, including employee relations, policies, and benefits administration
  • Proficient user of MS Office as well as a variety of HR Information Systems and databases
  • Extraordinary verbal & written communication skills and excellent knowledge of English
  • Strong presentation & client relationship management and leadership skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, constantly changing work environment
  • Highly self-motivated & driven, while being comfortable working independently

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, to attract and retain a diverse pool of high-quality talent to perform and succeed
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization supporting current and future business needs
  • Monitors hiring practices to ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Manage the whole recruitment and selection process and the onboarding program and integrates newcomers into the organization in ways that maximize their ability
  • Develops, prepares, generates, and analyzes ongoing and ad-hoc special reports pertaining to employee personnel information and data, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Works directly with executive leadership to develop organizational strategies
  • Manages employee performance review program and communicates expectations to company
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure Talent development program and keep up to date database
