We are seeking to hire a Project Assistant for one of our clients from the Construction industry with headquarters in New York. This position supports engineering and construction projects by assisting the Project Manager and project team in providing administrative project information as requested.
Responsibilities:
- General administrative support for company projects.
- Organize and maintain project files, filing system and project communications.
- Provide data entry for projects.
- Track status of projects and produce monthly progress reports. Maintain a tracking system for projects.
- Update the project calendar and roster.
- Maintain data entry of project contact list and project execution plans.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in the English language.
- A bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil engineering.
- The ability to thoroughly analyze architectural plans.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, coupled with proofreading and editing abilities.
- A rapid learner who enjoys working with software and technology.
- Exceptional soft skills, characterized by collaboration, proactivity, approachability, and a strong desire for personal growth.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to taking ownership of responsibilities and contributing to the team's success.
- While not required, having over 2 years of administrative experience is desired. If you have experience in training others, it would be a valuable bonus.
- Experience with systems such as Microsoft Project, Procore, QuickBooks, or the Department of Buildings (DOB) will be considered advantageous.

Note: The working hours for this position are from 2 PM to 10 PM, MK local time. This is a hybrid role with the option to work remotely or from the office.
