KeySmart is looking for a talented individual to join our new Partnerships Department. We need a motivated, enthusiastic, communicative, and hard-working individual to help us in managing partnerships and business development
Our ideal candidate would have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, a strong work ethic, and would be highly self-motivated and detail -oriented.

Responsibilities
- Creating partnerships with other brands, both existing and new ones
- Managing relationships with external partners
- Reporting to the CEO directly and will perform various administrative and strategic tasks required by the Partnerships Department
- Managing other account managers as the business grows
- Ability to implement strategic plans within the partnership department
- Working directly with customers and/or partners
- Collaborating with project manager in project implementations
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA / BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
