JOB PURPOSE

Flight Specialist at L3RN, is a professional with great internal drive on planning and executing itineraries of the company’s internal and external stakeholders. The purpose of this position is managing travel itineraries within the budget and traveler preferences. 

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

Monthly Salary: Per signed contract

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree OBLIGATORY
  • English Language Proficiency (Business English, both written and spoken)
  • Master’s Degree (recommended)
  • GDS- AMADEUS  Ceritficate
  • Experience working with GDS- AMADEUS
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in processing bookings and payments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Quick problem-solving skills to address unexpected issues.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and invoicing processes (Zoho)
  • Accurate data entry skills to avoid errors in booking information.

 

Major Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with various stakeholders to understand the traveling needs and maintain good relationship with them.
  • Utilize IATA Platform, Global Distribution System- AMADEUS software to plan itineraries through best market fare, international travel regulations, customs, and currencies.
  • Understanding of airline routes, schedules, and ticket pricing.
  • Carefully select and offer the best options to expert trainers and employees in terms of: dates, prices, routing and intercontinental travel information customs, weather conditions, airlines poicies.
  • Book complex and linked itineraries, across the globe, with tight schedule and deadlines.
  • Provide assistance in resolving any issues related to flight bookings, including changes, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Provide support and guidance during emergency situations or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with company’s internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Cost allocation, administrative support and close relationship with finance department.
  • Full utilization of Popleads CRM system for all campaigns and activities.
  • Efficiently manage time to ensure timely responses and bookings.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to enhance overall team performance.
