повеќе за компанијата »We’re looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to join our growing team at Logan Premium!
Responsibilities:
- Timely preparation of customer invoices in accordance with the billing process and procedures.
- Emailing daily invoices.
- Validating backup documents related to billing such as Purchase Orders (POs), Bills of Lading (BOLs), scale tickets, freight paperwork, etc. against the order.
- Data Entry.
- Managing rejected invoices from customers.
- Reviewing the billing email daily.
- Developing and maintaining a professional relationship with all team members.
- Working with customers to answer billing-related questions.
Our Ideal Candidate will have…
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Experience using Microsoft Suite.
- Experience with McLeod Software is a huge plus.
- A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to change.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
- Prove multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a team player and get involved in all aspects of the business function.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
