JOB PURPOSE
The Specialist – Flights at Leoron Group, is a professional with great internal drive on planning and executing itineraries of the company’s internal and external stakeholders. The purpose of this position is creating travel itineraries within the budget and traveler preferences.

Monthly Salary: Per signed contract

Required Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree OBLIGATORY
- English Language Proficiency (Business English, both written and spoken)
- Master’s Degree (recommended)
- Experience working with IATA Platform
- Experience with Global Distribution System, Amadeus and Galileo software
- Detail Oriented
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience working with IATA Platform, Global Distribution System and Amadeus and Galileo software and maintain strong analytical thinking skills.
Major Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with various stakeholders to understand the traveling needs and maintain good relationship with them.
- Utilize IATA Platform, Global Distribution System and Amadeus and Galileo software to plan itineraries through best market fare, international travel regulations, customs, and currencies.
- Carefully select and offer the best options to expert trainers and employees in terms of: dates, prices, routing and intercontinental travel information customs, weather conditions, reviews
- Review flight options through Amadeus and Galileo software, in terms of: dates, prices, routing and intercontinental travel information customs, weather conditions, reviews
- Book complex and linked itineraries, across the globe, with tight schedule and deadlines.
- Cost allocation and administrative support and close relationship with finance departmentInitiate new programs within the industry of responsibility(specific courses), in coordination with the Unit Head and ID Unit and considering collected customer-feedback statistics.
- In collaboration with the Marketing Unit, help design and manage the marketing campaigns.
- Attend weekly meetings with the team to bring in best practices, sustain high performance, customer service and innovation.
- Report back and provide accurate revenue forecasts to Unit Head and Sales Director
- Timely identify underperforming or unethical members, and report them to the Unit Head and Sales Director.
- Full utilization of Popleads CRM system for all campaigns and activities.
- This position requires traveling to GCC countries and/or the location of Key Clients.
