Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday 07:30 – 15:45

JOB PURPOSE

As part of the operations processes, this role is responsible for managing inventory and planning orders of company branded material and Academy book orders. Correct and timely inventory updates for multiple items: books, training kits, membership vouchers and exam seats. Correct cost allocation. It includes supporting other team members with various tasks when occasions arise.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

Monthly Salary: Per signed contract

Annual Bonus: Performance-based

REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Tourism, Hotel, Business or Hospitality Management preferred)
  • English Language Proficiency (Business English, both written and spoken)
  • Previous working experience in operations dept, a hotel, or a travel agency (recommended).

 

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily track Popleads calendar for upcoming courses and communicate with PMs regarding book needs for them
  • Place timely orders or Academy materials, books , online seats etc. Exact quantity agreed together with PM
  • Manage relationship with the Academies per company contracts and previously agreed upon guidelines and processes
  • Track and record internal inventory status of academy books and Leoron promotional materials
  • Update inventory status in internal inventory management system.
  • Aid with execution of Certificate Lists, Delegates Lists, Applications for Academies/ Exams.
  • This role is anticipated to provide support per need to other colleagues within the ops team with various activities .
