Administrative Assistant
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communication with finance department for organizing financial documents.
- Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills
- Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails
- Performing written communication with business partners including offers.
Candidate’s Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a group and under pressure.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
Education and experience
- Minimum 2 years work experience in administrative positions.
- Bachelor in Business administration or similar field
- Computer literate including Microsoft office.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English language – an advantage
