The Junior Talent Acquisition Partner supports the full recruitment life cycle and is responsible for finding the correct match between Transcom vacancies and candidates. They are responsible for processing recruitments in a timely manner, ensuring correct social security registration and contributions, under the guidance of Senior TA team members.

  • Support the Talent Acquisition strategy to attract and recruit top talents

  • Finding the right match between candidate and Transcom via first selection

  • Coordinating existing and new vacancies (full recruitment life-cycle)

  • Maintaining collaboration with temp / recruitment agencies

  • Driving candidate attraction and experience proactively

  • Working by KPI driven performance

  • Communicating and collaborating closely with OPS

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum studies: University diploma or degree are preferred but not necessary

  • Specific training and/or work experience in Recruitment

  • Office package / GSuite: Medium Level

  • Applicant Tracking Systems: Medium Level

  • English: B1/B2 

  • Knowledge of German  is an advantage

  • Adaptability & Flexibility

  • Communication

  • Teamwork

  • Focus on results

  • Positive attitude towards interpersonal dealings and service vocation

  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience as an HR employee or in recruitment, performing similar functions in personnel management and administration is preferred but not mandatory
