VERV Group LLC is a property and hospitality agency located in London, UK. We specialize in property management of multiple assets on behalf of high-net-worth clients and independent landlords. Our job is to handle everything from typical rental collections to converting standard properties to high-spec excellence and delivering a high rental field as a result. Our goal is to serve our tenants and guests with world-class service. 

The VERV employees are an asset or otherwise known as partners because we aim to recruit people of all walks and backgrounds. Partners provide the best level of advice and target a wide range of audiences. Therefore, for the needs of the newly opened offices in Skopje, we are looking for  

  Customer Support Adviser. 

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their problems are resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer details and correspondence.
• Educate customers on new features and benefits.

Our ideal candidate:

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English
• Has relevant experience in the industry 
• Is tech-savvy and willing to learn and adapt
• Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Ability to think critically and remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage
