Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert and administrator for the systems used across the organization (Workday, Peakon, BambooHR, Recruitee, CultureAmp, TravelPerk)
  • Assess current HR systems and utilization; identify and recommend improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HRIS
  • Work with the rest of the People & Culture team, Finance and IT to maintain and improve the HRIS, including configuration, end-user access and system efficiency, as well as compliance with data security and privacy requirements
  • Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data. Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities. Perform master data entry. Support data governance processes
  • Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS
  • Support in the maintaining of HR data tools, reporting, and dashboards
  • Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports, and presents findings and recommendations to the HRIS Manager and other company leaders
  • Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources
  • Provide user training and hands-on support, and prepare training materials, guides, and documentation
  • Responsible for addressing a high volume of system-related activities in a timely fashion while maintaining a high level of quality and internal customer satisfaction
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or master in HR, I/O psychology, economics, econometrics, social science or business administration
  • 3+ years of relevant HR experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Workday (with experience Compensation, Workforce Planning and Performance Managements modules a plus)
  • 1+ years of relevant data analytics experience
  • Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems
  • Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design
  • Ability to keep information confidential
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data visualizations using PowerBI is a plus
  • Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics is a plus
  • Working knowledge of SQL is a plus
