We are seeking to hire CSR - Customer Service Representative for one of our clients who is a Wholesale Food Company based in New York. The customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that may present themselves. Problem-solving should come naturally to a customer service representative and you should be confident at troubleshooting and investigate if you do not have enough information to resolve an issue. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
Skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Must have good computer skills.
Requirements:
- 2–3 yrs. Customer Service experience
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Detail oriented, organized with math and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Fast Learner
Responsibilities:
- Process orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle calls concerning orders, returns, shipments and products.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with sales and customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Receive and enter orders. Make changes to or cancel orders.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- May be required to assist others and handle other duties as assigned

Note: The working hours for this position are from 3 PM to 11 PM, MK local time. This role requires working from the office located at the Business Center – Synergy – Skopje.
