Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Swedish Speaking Assistant to join our team in Skopje on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will:
- Assist Swedish-speaking clients with their inquiries via various communication channels.
- Deliver exceptional customer service promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct follow-up tasks and maintain client records in our database.

Key Qualifications:
- Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
