Administrative manager - Adobe Admin Console
We need new colleagues who will manage and administrate the customer’s Adobe Admin Console, process the orders from the customers to Adobe and take care of the customer’s support when needed.
We are looking for a person, who has:
- accounting mindset/good with numbers
- customer services skills
- strong ability to learn the licenses and software applications
- good general and most common PC skills
- fluent English language communication skills, both written and spoken
Your responsibilities:
- administrating the customer’s Adobe Admin Consoles, assigning the licenses and permissions
- taking care of the invoicing from Adobe and to the customers
- centralized control of the Purchasing System (Data Input) and greater enforcement of the Purchasing Procedures
- no Purchase Orders past delivery due dates without reasonable justification
- no Invoices passed in excess of the agreed price
- providing trouble-shooting support
The employees will be trained during the working process for all tasks that need to be fulfilled.
