Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and strong personality for the role of Administrative Customer Support Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily business activities, as well as taking on a managerial role to lead and inspire the customer support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

    • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

    • Provide product/service information and support to customers.

    • Document and update customer records based on interactions.

  • Administrative Duties:

    • Manage and maintain customer databases and records.

    • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

    • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.

  • Coordination and Communication:

    • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

    • Coordinate with team members to manage workload and priorities.

    • Assist in organizing company events and activities.

  • Managerial Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the customer support team, providing guidance and support.

    • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.

    • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

    • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

    • Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
