повеќе за компанијата »Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is currently growing its team in Skopje. We are in a search for dynamic and motivated Recruitment Specialist. Recruitment Specialist plays a fundamental role in finding, recruiting, screening, and hiring job applicants. It drives the process from the hiring needs to contract signing.
Working hours: 1pm-9pm (CET), Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with onboarding team to understand their hiring needs, project requirements, and desired skill sets for the positions they want to fill in,Apply effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates e.g. use of social media, referral program, website, headhunting,
- Reviews resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to determine their suitability for specific client positions,
- Administers skill assessments, tests, or interviews to assess candidates' technical competencies and ensure they meet the requirements of the client positions,
- Presents candidates to HR Manager, highlighting their relevant skills, experience, and qualifications,
- Provides client onboarding team with comprehensive candidate profiles and summaries to facilitate their decision-making process,
- Schedules and coordinates interviews between candidates and HR Manager,
- Negotiate offer and handle the candidate's queries regarding compensation, benefits, and other employment terms,Prepares and process HR documents: offer letters,
- Stays informed about industry trends, talent market dynamics/payments, and emerging technologies relevant to the client positions,
- Ensures compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and client-specific requirements throughout the recruitment process,
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers,
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities,
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools,
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations,
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities,
- Use online platforms like LinkedIn, professional associations, and industry-specific forums to identify potential candidates who meet your criteria,
- Use Social Media to post and promote job posts and attract new talents,
