About The Position

Your Skills

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Specialist, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or any related field
  • Excellent command of English language (knowledge of German, French, Italian, or Spanish would be considered a plus)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities, perform lead qualification, and read situations well
  • A goal-oriented work ethic, committed to achieving performance objectives, individually and as part of your team
  • Strong desire to learn new and more effective sales concepts
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for the IT industry

Your Responsibilities

  • Represent Axapta Masters with a comprehensive understanding of the company’s offerings
  • Perform cold-calling activities
  • Perform incisive and insightful market research to generate new business opportunities
  • Presentation of Axapta Masters’ products/services offerings to potential clients
  • Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Understand the prospect’s business environment and communicate our value proposition
  • Manage leads and opportunities effectively based on existing sales process instructions with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and activity quotas
  • Work in the second shift (from 2 PM till 10 PM)
