Your Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Specialist, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or any related field
- Excellent command of English language (knowledge of German, French, Italian, or Spanish would be considered a plus)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze business opportunities, perform lead qualification, and read situations well
- A goal-oriented work ethic, committed to achieving performance objectives, individually and as part of your team
- Strong desire to learn new and more effective sales concepts
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
- Tech-savvy with a passion for the IT industry
Your Responsibilities
- Represent Axapta Masters with a comprehensive understanding of the company’s offerings
- Perform cold-calling activities
- Perform incisive and insightful market research to generate new business opportunities
- Presentation of Axapta Masters’ products/services offerings to potential clients
- Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Understand the prospect’s business environment and communicate our value proposition
- Manage leads and opportunities effectively based on existing sales process instructions with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and activity quotas
- Work in the second shift (from 2 PM till 10 PM)
