Social Media Marketing Specialist
FD FINMAK DOO is seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at the Head Office in Skopje. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on executing digital strategies. Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies across various social media platforms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the brand's social media presence remains innovative and effective.
Technical Proficiency:
- Exhibit excellent proficiency in MS Office tools, with additional proficiency in Google Docs, Canvas, or Adobe Suite will be considered a distinct advantage.
- Utilize various social media management tools to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Language Skills:
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the English language, ensuring all social media content is compelling, grammatically correct, and aligns with the brand's tone and voice.
Analytical Skills:
- Possess strong analytical capabilities to monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Make informed recommendations for optimization and improvement based on data-driven insights.
Adaptability and Multitasking:
- Thrive in a dynamic work environment, demonstrating initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Quickly adapt to changes in social media algorithms, trends, and user behaviour.
Organizational Skills:
- Showcase excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to content calendars.
Communication and Presentation:
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with online communities and respond to inquiries.
- Develop compelling presentations to showcase social media strategies and results to stakeholders.
Collaboration and Team Spirit:
- Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing efforts.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a positive team spirit to contribute to a harmonious working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Proven track record of successful digital strategy execution.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
