JOB BRIEF
Panteleon GS is building a world-class team of top finance, accounting, and logistics professionals to support our growing roster of client. If you are ready to take the next step and build an international career in one of America’s top growing industries (while working alongside some of the brightest minds in finance and accounting in Macedonia), we’d love to meet you. We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, ambitious person for our new opening – CONTROLLER that would lead the Accounting department exclusively for one of our clients that has experienced more than 100% growth Year-Over-Year.
Your responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate preparation of both operational and financial reports and statistics for Top management, Departmental management, and External stakeholders
- Monthly Closing procedures
- Conducting financial analysis
- Support to the management decision-making process
- Preparing forecasts on a weekly and monthly level
- In-depth analysis of the financial reports
- Keeping track of the KPI’s and conducting detailed analysis of the metrics
- Supervising the Accounting department
- Participating in improvement initiatives, re-engineering of business processes and internal controls
Your qualifications:
- University degree in Economics
- At least 2 years of experience on a managerial position in Accounting & Finance or at least 4 years of experience in Public Audit
- Excellent knowledge of managerial and financial accounting
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Excellent numerical logic and strong analytical skills
- Business English language proficiency
- Excellent MS Office Package skills
