Gorenje GA DOOEL Skopje, as a member of Gorenje Group is looking for qualified and motivated candidate at the position of
CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Ensuring the implementation and compliance with all relevant legal regulation in the field of finance, accounting and controlling (Tax, IFRS IAS etc)
- Ensuring the implementation and compliance with internal procedures and policies
- Strategy and policies setup and management (exiting and new procedures)
- Sales policy control and management / bonuses policy
- Ensuring adequate workflows and improvement of processes in SBU in finance, accounting and controlling area, as well as with other departments (HR, Sales, Aftersales)
- Supporting management with decision-making; local projects and decisions
- CAPEX management
- Local / external statutory, statistics and other reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.)
- Tax related tasks
- Control of postings and other transactions, and overall relations with Shared Service Center
- Relevant SBUs accounting processes – accruals, deferrals, month end calculations and similar
- Annual budgeting process & budget correction during year
- 3-month estimation / other forecasting
- Financial analysis for different purposes and decision support
- Sales bonuses accruals and issuance control
- Cost control, GAP analysis
- TP related issues, calculations, reporting
Requirements:
- University Degree in the field of Economics
- License for certified accountant
- At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SAP is a strong asset
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Serbian is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, teamwork ability
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and flexibility in terms of working hours
