Job Position: Legal Administrative Assistant

Location: Skopje
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 15:45

Who you are

You are a communicative individual, eager to learn, with a growth mindset to join our dynamic team. The Legal Administrative Assistant ensures smooth legal administrative operations. Your focus includes maintaining accurate documentation, supporting the Legal & Personnel responsbilities, and coordinating with external bodies. With excellent organizational and research skills, you'll assist in legal document preparation, payroll, and compliance. Your role is crucial for maintaining legal integrity and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and organize archived files.
  • Prepare a variety of legal documents and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist employees by filling out necessary forms such as bank statements and visa confirmations.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Associate Director – Legal& Personnel.
  • Liaise with external governmental bodies to collect relevant legal information and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Interpret laws and rulings to provide guidance to employees and management as needed.
  • Update and maintain the company database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate with the Agency of Employment to facilitate the hiring process and apply for work permits for foreign employees.
  • Prepare or assist in preparing the payroll, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.
  • Manage the Popleads system for tracking employee days off and sick leaves, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
  • Provide administrative support to employees as needed, including answering queries and assisting with paperwork.
  • Ensure all documents, both electronic and hard copies, are properly updated, stored, and easily accessible.
  • Maintain employee records, both digital and physical copies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
