Job Description

Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is currently growing its team in Skopje.

For the needs of our client in the construction industry in the USA, we are recruiting dynamic and motivated Construction Project Coordinator.

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will hold a supporting role in working with our project team, holding responsibility of working the project from inception to close with detailed knowledge of each project phase and process. The Construction Project Coordinator is the central hub of communication for the entire project team, including owner, architect, engineer, subcontractors, project manager and superintendent.

Working hours: Monday – Friday: 5pm-1am (on-site only)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key team members of the project team,
  • Obtains HOA & POA approvals for the projects,
  • Conducts the process of permit approvals, applications, permit tracking, corrections, permit issuance, contractor registrations…),
  • Schedules site installations and required inspections,
  • Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards,
  • Coordinates with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules,
  • Updates the project status in Project management (CRM / ERP) tools and regular reporting on the project status to the Production leader / Project Manager,
  • Manages customer satisfaction within the project transition period,
  • ​Regular communication and follow up on project status with customers for the duration of their projects.

Requirements

  • University degree,
  • Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken),
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • Supervision,
  • Project and process coordination,
  • Organized, proactive and responsible,
  • Accurate and paying attention to details,
  • Great time management skills and able to work on short schedules,
  • Critical thinking,
  • ​ Strong organizational and analytical skills,
