On behalf of our client, Philip Morris Tutinski Kombinat Prilep D.o.o. , DEKRA is looking for a professional to join the team in the role of:

• CONSUMER INSIGHTS EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Full SFP Category Reporting and Business KPI Tracking:

• Tracking performance of consumer programs, projects, promotions, and channels;
• Analyzing demographic data and providing portfolio insights;
• Conducting deep dive analyses and drawing conclusions post-activation;
• Tracking performance of devices (both acquisition and retention).

2. Consumer Insights:

• Managing the consumer feedback hub;
• Gathering and interpreting NPS (Net Promoter Score) insights;
• Analyzing social media (SM) insights and CSC (Customer Service Center) verbatim;
• Conducting sentiment management analysis;
• Providing consumer experience 360 insights to all relevant stakeholders.

3. Support of BDP (Business Development Planning):

• Contributing to OB (Operating Budget), RF (Rolling Forecast), and IBP (Integrated Business Planning);
• Generating weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports for BDP and global requirements.

4. Additional Activities:

• Preparing consumer segmentation based on program inputs.

• Tracking and managing market research reports end-to-end from segmentation to implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Marketing, E-Business, Economics, or a related field;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL (will be considered as a plus);
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets;
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal;
• Proven ability to work as an essential part of the commercial team;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power BI;
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and management (will be considered as a plus);
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey findings to top management in an easily understandable manner;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
