For our Client, we are looking for:   

Retail Manager 

The Retail Manager is accountable for directing the sales, operations and customer service strategies and activities in all retail stores to meet market and Apple standards in alignment with the company's vision. S/He leads the team through continuous feedback and coaching, follows up regularly on sales and stock performances and implement development and expansion plans.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Technical and Operations

  • Strategy and Planning: Develop sales and operational strategies with the General Manager.
  • Goal Setting: Set and monitor store goals, ensuring they align with company policies and standards.
  • Budget Management: Assist in creating and managing the store's budget, optimizing costs as necessary.
  • Sales Targets: Establish and monitor sales targets, incentive plans, and commissions.
  • Performance Metrics: Aim to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as profit margins, markdowns, average transaction value (ATV), and units per transaction (UPT).
  • Brand Promotion: Promote existing brands and introduce new products in the store.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store openings, closings, and renovations.
  • Sales Oversight: Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and take corrective actions.
  • Reporting: Generate regular performance reports to support operational decisions.
  • Store Visits: Conduct store visits and meetings to review performance, marketing activities, and staff training.
  • Stock Management: Review stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments for timely actions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market studies and competitor analysis, providing recommendations.
  • Customer Feedback: Address operational problems and customer complaints promptly.

Talent Development

  • Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership;
  • Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan;
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any other related field
  • Experience At least 8 years of relevant experience
