On behalf of our client, Viva Fresh, a largest retail network in the country with over 113 stores in 32 cities of Kosovo, with over 5000 employees and the largest logistics center in the region, DEKRA is looking for its subsidy in RNM:

• Social Media Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our online platforms, and ultimately boost sales;
• Create engaging content including posts, videos, and graphics optimized for various social media channels;
• Manage social media accounts, including daily monitoring, budgeting, responding to inquiries, and fostering community engagement;
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
• Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth;
• Stay up-to-date with social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the retail industry;
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices;
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making;
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building;
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
